Lee clan under fire

South Koreans condemn the press gag.

KCNA

Representatives of Buddhist Solidarity for Peace and other religious organizations in south Korea published a statement in denunciation of the sycophantic and treacherous acts of the Lee Myung Bak clan.

Saying that Lee Myung Bak indulges in treacherous behaviour, kowtowing to the US and Japan in disregard of the nation, the statement urged him not to succumb to outsiders' pressure, but lend his ears to the voice of the people and refrain from participating in PSI.

Thirteen political parties and organizations including the Democratic Labour Party, Solidarity for Progress and People for Achieving Peace and Reunification held a joint press conference in front of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade to denounce the puppet authorities for clinging to confrontation with fellow countrymen.
